Information for After School Program
We have partnered with Champions for our after school programming. This means that we will need to have a separate process for enrollment. As always you will still need to fully enroll your child for next school year before you can sign-up for the after school program.
Champions is excited to offer AM programing. The program is open at 7:00AM until the start of the school day. The weekly fee is $20.00 for School Age (K and up) and $22.00 for PK (3 and 4 years old)

Kinder – 5th $60
Multi-Child Discount: 15% for 2nd child; 20% for third child
The program runs Monday – Friday
Hours of operation: 3:15 pm – 6 pm

When is the deadline to enroll?
You can enroll now at any time. Just visit the website to create an account. Enrollment for 2018-2019 is also now open.
What is the fee to enroll my child?
The weekly fee for your child to participate in the after school program will depend slightly on grade. Pre-K student weekly fee is $65 per week. Students in Kindergarten – 5th grade are $60 per week.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Yes, the discount for the second child is 15% off and the discount for the third child is 20% off the weekly rate.
What type of payments does Champions accept?
Champions accepts credit cards and debit cards only.
What happens if a student is picked up late?
$1.00 per minute late fee. We try to provide a grace period if staff is aware of lateness.
After 6:30 Champions must report to CPS.
Is snack provided during the program?
Yes, DCPS provides afterschool snack for the program.
How do I apply for a reduced rate?
If you are currently enrolled in the Champions after school program and need to apply for Subsidized Child Care Voucher (discount) you can now apply in person at one of 2 locations listed below. Please ensure that you have all your documentation prior to going. New families are able to apply 30 days prior to the start of school.
